Frequently asked questions

How do you get paid?
Planning is a fixed fee agreed in writing before we start. For mortgages, the bank pays us, so the advice is free to you. We never earn commission on investments.
Is there a minimum amount to invest?
No minimum for advice. Most of our portfolios start from AED 50,000, or AED 2,000 a month as a regular plan.
Do you offer Sharia-compliant options?
Yes, for both investments and home finance. Every Sharia portfolio is reviewed by an independent Sharia supervisory board.
How much can expats borrow for a home?
It depends on your salary, existing debts and the property price. Banks usually ask expats for a larger down payment on a first home. Our free eligibility check gives you a realistic range.
Can I keep working with you if I leave the UAE?
Yes. Many clients keep their plans after moving home, and we review them by video call once a year.
Is my information kept confidential?
Always. We never share your details with a bank or provider without your written consent.
