An interior design studio in Dubai Design District since 2014. We design villas, apartments and majlis around light, shade and calm, from the first sketch to the last cushion, in Arabic, English, French and Spanish.
A liwan is the shaded room between a house and its courtyard, where light arrives softly and the family gathers.
Before we choose a single colour, we study how the sun moves through every room. Then we pick honest materials that age with the house: stone, wood, linen and hand-laid plaster.
A full villa usually takes 6 to 9 months
We measure the home and ask how you live: where you drink your morning coffee, how many guests come at Eid.
We show you the real materials on the studio table, not only pictures on a screen.
Construction drawings and 3D visuals, and we handle the developer and municipality approvals.
We order furniture, lighting and fabrics from workshops in Dubai, Morocco, Spain and Italy, and track every shipment.
One project manager and a weekly photo report, even if you are abroad.
We place every book and cushion and hand over a home ready to live in from the first night.
What makes the difference up close

From our clients in Dubai and abroad
They understood our majlis is used every day, not just for occasions. It's now my children's favourite room.
I thought the villa needed heavier curtains; they suggested a wooden screen instead. The light in the living room is now the best thing in the house.
We live in Lyon and bought an apartment in Dubai. They ran everything in French and sent photos every week until handover.
We asked for a home that recalls Andalusia without overdoing it. The arches, hand plaster and tiles were exactly what we pictured.
The works ran two weeks late because of a marble shipment, but they told us early and styled the terrace for free.
