Do I need an appointment for repairs?

Walk-ins are welcome for flats and small fixes. For tune-ups, book above so we can promise same-day service.

Can I test ride before I buy?

Yes. Bring ID and take any bike around the block, or book a 24-hour demo for $40 that comes off the price if you buy.

Do you service e-bikes?

Yes, including motor diagnostics and firmware updates for the major systems. Battery replacements are quoted by text.

What's your return policy?

Unused parts and accessories within 30 days with a receipt. New bikes come with free tune-ups for the first year.
